Beans are a staple in my diet. If you don’t currently include beans in your diet try adding some! Black beans are versatile. You can: 

  • Buy them canned (salt-free available)
  • Buy dried and cook them (stovetop, instant pot, slow cooker)
  • Eat them cold in salads, or warm in a bowl or over rice
